Drop-In Coworking Memberships:
$325/month for Daily Use
$275 for 15-Day Pass
$110 for 5-Day Pass
$25 for 1-Day Pass
Membership details for coworkers who access our community drop-and-work areas:
- Open
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- 5-day and 15-day passes are non-consecutive (rates good up to one-year of purchase)
- Hi-speed cable
Internet available over wired or wireless network
- Use of networked printer/fax/scanning equipment
- Discounts on conference room use and meeting/presentation equipment
- Unlimited use of lounge and break room
- Free coffee,
tea, cold beverages and use of refrigerator
- Lockers
available for $8/month

- Administrative services available on request and priced separately
- First-come
first-serve access to desk area
- Billing done
monthly at first of month (pro-rated) for full-time memberships; daily passes
(1, 5 or 15) are pre-paid before first day of use begins

Permanent Space Memberships:
Office 1 and 2 (approx. 8'x7'): $550/month ($495/month at 1-year 10% discount)
Office 3 (approx. 16'x7'): $750/month ($675/month at 1-year 10% discount) Taken!
Office 4 (approx. 10'x15'): $1,050/month ($945/month at 1-year 10% discount) Taken!
